Who We Are

Hi, I'm YoCarWrecked (my alias of course). At just 17 years old in the amazing but deadly 2020 I had a dream, to start a podcast. The podcast failed and was later scrapped due to improper setup, gear, and equipment. But then in January 2021 after turning 18 the previous year and recieving my first gaming pc setup I thought I'd try again, so I restarted the podcast under a new name. This time Cracked up Gaming became slightly more popular, and in the spring of 2021 the name was changed to The World of Games. It exploded from there and I realized I could perform well. In August of 2021 the name changed to The Geek Squad Podcast to reflect a growing need for representation in the gamer community of a diverse mix of people. Still growing, I decided for 2022 to rename the podcast The Typical Gamers Podcast after a short request for comment from the content creator community I'm apart of and some friends. Now with over 4,000 plays and still growing the goal is to become the largest gameplay-based podcast in the United States. I hope you enjoy the podcast and I encourage you to dream even bigger.
